Hi, I’m Monica Rubombora.
I am a business owner, best-selling author, mentor and coach. Born in Uganda, I currently live in Johannesburg, South Africa.
I currently run my own business and technology consulting company. My professional career spans the technology, management consulting, banking, insurance, and government industries. I have worked extensively with clients in multiple industries on the African continent, including South Africa, Botswana, Nigeria, Kenya, and Uganda. I am also a certified and licensed business and sales trainer in collaboration with Grant Cardone University. As a business owner, I share every family business owner’s aspiration to grow profitably and leave impactful footprints in the communities within which they operate. Most of all, I share each family business owner’s desire to WIN! After many years of hoarding several manuscripts in various stages of completion, I finally published my first book in 2019. Today, I am a published author of seven books, including one in my indigenous language, Rutooro.
I run a consulting, business and sales training company. I have recently embarked on an author support business. I am also a community and philanthropy activist, championing a number of projects in education and environmental protection.
